You Are Not Alone.
June 16, 2025I want to thank all of our Every Widow Thing (EWT) podcast listeners and Instagram, YouTube and Facebook followers. It has been a great couple of years for me, and I have truly been overwhelmed with gratitude for the opportunity to connect in our pain and perseverance.
I nonetheless find myself in a season of life that calls for new beginnings and greater flexibility. For this reason, I will no longer be a contributing voice on the podcast or create content for our social media platforms. I will remain a member of EWT in my capacity as a founder and continue to cheer on the good work that’s being done to heal, foster hope and meet people where they are.
I have enjoyed getting to know so many of you in person over the years. I also appreciate the Every Widow Thing Insiders’ members for allowing me to share in your grief journey. I am amazed and honored to have been a part of this community. The strength and fortitude each of you has shown inspires me as it inspires the group.
Since Oliver’s death nearly 14 years ago, my motto has been, “Our journey of new beginnings will always honor and rejoice the past!” I will continue to honor my husband’s legacy, and I look forward to what lies ahead. Thanks again for allowing me to be a part of your lives, and I hope my words have been helpful. May you continue to not only survive but thrive in the wake of your loss. You are worth every effort, always. Sending you all lots of love and hugs. 💗Lacey #newbeginnings #youngwidows #surviveandthrive #lessdeeplessdarklessoften #unwritten #griefsupport #widowlife #griefcommunity #armswideopen
